In the year 2014 our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi proposed to celebrate International Yoga Day. Since then, it is being celebrated on 21st June every year with association of the United Nations. This day is considered the biggest as well as the longest day of every year as the sun rises early and sets late. This day is celebrated by more than 180 countries. Yoga is an ancient science or system which helps in the development of the human body and mind. The regular practice of Yoga asanas and Pranayama helps in enhancing concentration and improves the respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems. Therefore, it has gained worldwide acceptance and popularity. Our school also celebrated the 9th year of the International Yoga Day. We performed many types of Yoga asanas and Pranayama. Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter is your flame. – Anosh Pochara – Std IX
The new academic year began on a happy note although we missed the welcome rain showers on the first day of school. After three long years the Secondary Board was able to conduct examinations in the normal format with external examiners supervising the internal assessments and children writing papers at different centres. It was a period of mixed emotions for our class of std X as they prepared for this challenge but as always, they behave it out and succeeded in producing excellent result. Here are the statistics of our S.S.C results 2022-23 for you parents.
